Upper Body Movements – Abs

Footwork – Lower Body Moves

This 2nd training video is where all the dancing foot work begins! You will have a good time learning these foot moves and possibly get a workout in the process!  This 20 minute training video is  packed with a lot of important information. Make sure to review this video as much as needed to learn how Jessica and her team perform foot work movements in the Dance2Fit workouts.

Fitness Moves

Length: 19 minutesComplexity: Standard

In this 3rd training video we will review a lot of the fitness dance moves that make up the Dance2Fit program. This video is almost 20 minutes long and will have a lot of important information. Make sure to review this video as much as needed to learn how Jessica and her team perform the Dance2Fit workouts.

Floor Workout

This 4th training video will go over floor workouts that you can do with your class. Typically these workouts are done towards the end of our classes to help add a different dynamic, incorporate other workouts and engage other body muscles. Complete this video training to learn how Jessica and her team do a Dance2Fit Floor workout.

Cool Down

Length: 5 minutesComplexity: Standard

This is your final training video for your certified instructor course. It is important to have a good cool down session to finish every work out. Complete this video training to learn how Jessica and her team do a Dance2Fit cool down.
